PRE-CARE & AFTER-CARE

BEFORE YOUR LASH APPOINTMENT:

  • Inform us which type of lashes you want before the appointment.

  • I will recommend the length that would be the best for your lashes just before the treatment

  • Please do not wear any makeup for the treatment

  • Stop using your lash serum 4 days before your appointment and don’t use the lash serum 4 days after the treatment.

  • Make sure you remove your hair tie before your appointment, so your head is not at an angle for the treatment

  • Avoid drinking any caffeine before your appointment, it can make your eye flutter during the appointment

  • Please make sure you are aware how long your lashes will take, treatments are usually between 1h 30 mins- 2 hours. I don’t believe in rushing through the service, the aim is to give each client amazing lashes and in order to do so, the lash tech should not be rushed.

  • Please be on time for your appointment. If You are late I may not have enough time to do your treatment.

  • Please make sure your phone is on silent to assure you get to relax during the treatment

LASH EXTENSION AFTERCARE:

  • Avoid getting lashes wet for 48 hours ( No sauna/ exercise or hot pools)

  • Avoid using oil-based eye products, creams or waterproof mascaras.

  • Use only water-based makeup remover

  • Avoid getting a lash lift, tint or use a heated eyelash curler.

  • Avoid rubbing eyes or pulling extensions.

  • See a trained lash technician to have extensions removed 

  • Wash lashes everyday

HOW TO WASH YOUR LASHES:

  1. Use one pump of the lash shampoo - pump it into the palm of your hand

  2. Dab your lash cleansing brush into the foam

  3. Wash your lashes with your lash cleansing brush- moving the brush from side to side & top to bottom

  4. Rinse your lashes with water. Take a cotton pad and hold it under the tap, then use the wet cotton pad and dripple the water over the lashes to rinse the remaining shampoo. Avoid wiping the eyes with the cotton pad.

  5. Lightly pat your lashes with a dry towel or use an electric lash fan to dry

  • Brush extensions gently with your spooly

LASH LIFT AFTERCARE:

  1. Avoid getting lashes wet for 48 hours( Avoid saunas & swimming/ heat related treatments).​

  2. Avoid sunbathing for 24 hours after treatment.

  3. No mascara/ or any item used to curl lashes for 24 hours after treatment.

  4. Avoid sleeping on your face.

  5. Do not tug/pull on lashes- use brush we provide and use gently with a rolling motion.

  6. Lashes may feel a bit stiff after treatment until you wash them again- due to keratin treatment.

  7. No tinting , curling / perming to be done on top of lash lift for at least 6 weeks.

  8. contact us immediately if you experience any discomfort.

HENNA/ TINT/ HYBRID BROWS AFTERCARE

  • Avoid getting treated area wet for 48 hours( Avoid saunas & swimming).​

  • Avoid sunbathing for 24 hours after treatment

  • Avoid heat treatments for 24 hours

  • Avoid perfumed products for at least 24 hours

  • Avoid rubbing the treated area
