Permanent eyeliner involves a tattooing technique to apply pigment along the lash line to create the appearance of eyeliner. Permanent makeup on the upper or lower lid of the eye can be done together or on one or the other. This eye liner is done to look like a winged or designer eyeliner, it is usually chosen to give a cat eye look on the upper eyelid. The designer eyeliner can differ in thickness, giving it either a subtle or a more intense look and it also can have a Ombre effect that will make the eye look like it has a Smokey look or a bit of eyeshadow on it.
